My work is built upon a simple concept: what's in YOUR best interest. That's summarized with one word: fiduciary. We offer an extremely "high touch" service model focused on delivering comprehensive, holistic investment advisory services on a fiduciary basis to a select clientele.
I bring more than 25 years of experience. I began my financial services career as an equities and derivatives trader with Charles Schwab, then transferred to Banc One Securities serving their highest corporate and retail market clients. I enlisted in the U.S. Army following 9-11, completed two combat tours as a medic, and later commissioned as an artillery officer. I spent six years with Edward Jones, after which I launched my own independent, private practice to be able to provide the spectrum and depth of service as a fiduciary desired by the clients with whom I work best.
I enjoy volunteering, supporting, and sponsoring many inspiring organizations, including Kiwanis International, Rotary, Knights of Columbus Council 2838, Autism Society, and the North Carolina Center for Economic Empowerment and Development.
When not spending time with clients, family or volunteering, I enjoy my favorite hobby: creative writing. I have been published in a variety of literary fiction journals. You may also find me embarrassing myself on the golf course or staring intently at a chess board from time to time.
My most cherished professional blessing is to have served truly admirable and amazing people who have since become close friends.
